Role Objective:



To lead the branch team in achieving business targets across all product lines --

Gold Loan, Insurance, NCD, and SD

-- while ensuring 100% compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Sales:



Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly

business targets

in Gold Loan, Insurance, NCD, and SD. Drive

cross-selling

of multiple products to increase branch revenue. Conduct

local marketing and promotional activities

to attract new customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, high-value clients, and local influencers. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Operations & Compliance:



Ensure

smooth daily operations

including cash management, gold handling, and documentation. Maintain 100%

compliance

with internal audit, KYC, AML, and RBI guidelines. Supervise the proper functioning of all systems, registers, and branch records. Handle gold loan

valuation, release, renewal, and auction

procedures as per policy.

Team Leadership:



Lead and motivate the branch team (ABM, Sr. CCE, CCE) to achieve individual and branch goals. Conduct daily morning huddles, business reviews, and performance tracking. Identify training needs and ensure regular skill development for staff. Foster a positive, disciplined, and customer-centric work environment.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:



Ensure

superior customer service

and quick redressal of complaints. Build trust-based long-term customer relationships to improve retention. Monitor and control customer delinquency and ensure

timely recovery

of overdue accounts.

Reporting & Control:



Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

to higher authorities. Monitor branch profitability, expense control, and ensure

operational efficiency.

Coordinate with Head Office and Regional Office for all business and compliance-related activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance preferred).

Minimum 4-6 years

of experience in NBFC/Banking sector, with at least 2 years in Gold Loan or branch leadership role. Strong knowledge of

Gold Loan operations

, Insurance, and Financial Products (NCD, SD). Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills. Proficient in MS Office and Malayalam (local language).

Compensation:



Salary: As per company norms Incentives: Monthly business incentives + performance bonuses Benefits: Insurance coverage + staff benefits as per company policy

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
