. The candidate will be responsible for managing the team, driving sales, handling business development, and ensuring smooth branch functioning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee all branch operations including sales, administration, and customer service.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop new business opportunities for lithium battery and electronic product lines.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
Monitor stock, logistics, and daily branch transactions.
Prepare periodic sales and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and branch profitability.
Coordinate with Head Office for planning, targets, and operational support.
Handle customer escalations and ensure service satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Electronics / Marketing / Business Management.
5-8 years of experience in
sales or branch operations
, preferably in
lithium batteries, electronics, or automobile
sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in business development and team management.
Good knowledge of local market and industrial customers.
Willing to travel across Karnataka as required.
Own vehicle preferred.
