Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee
daily branch operations
in the Gold Loan segment.
Ensure proper
valuation, verification, and safe custody of pledged gold
as per company policy.
Drive
business growth
by achieving monthly and annual targets in Gold Loans and other cross-selling products.
Handle
customer queries and grievances
promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Supervise, motivate, and train the branch team to improve performance and productivity.
Ensure compliance with
KYC, AML, and internal audit requirements.
Monitor and control
NPAs (Non-Performing Assets)
and ensure timely follow-up for recoveries.
Coordinate with the Regional Office for approvals, reports, and operational support.
Maintain a high level of
security and discipline
within the branch premises.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in Gold Loan operations, including 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate (Preference will be given to candidates from Banking & Finance background).
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound knowledge of Gold Loan appraisal and valuation
