The Branch Manager will oversee recruitment of field agents, achievement of branch targets, partner onboarding, and customer acquisition activities. The role involves extensive field coordination, local marketing initiatives, and relationship management with partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage branch sales targets and overall business growth
Recruit, train, and motivate field sales agents and advisors
Develop local market strategies for customer acquisition
Monitor daily field activities and sales productivity
Build relationships with channel partners and referral networks
Ensure compliance with insurance and financial regulations
Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards
Eligibility:
5+ years experience in
insurance or financial field sales
Proven track record in team handling and business development
Strong local market knowledge of Gurugram and NCR
Excellent leadership and communication skills
