Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Procure General and Life Insurance premium from the market as per the target set by the company.

? Provide best possible Insurance package to the clients with highest level of pre and post sales services.

? Continuously explore new markets for generation of fresh Insurance business both in Corporate and Retail lines.

? Presenting the company and its services to the clients, Insurers and other related parties in the most professional manner.

? Maintain excellent business relationship with various General and Life Insurers.

? Able to generate brokerage revenue of 3 times (2 times in the 1 st year) the CTC received.

? Full technical, sales and operational support will be provided by the Head Office.

Personal and Professional Traits

? Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

? Strong understanding of the Insurance Market and various Insurance products.

? Willing to travel.

? Smart working and target driven.

? Ready to make a long term association with the Company as a pro-active team player.

? Outstanding oral communication and computer presentation skills.

? Preferably owning a 4/2 wheeler.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
