Job Description

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow. Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve performance goals. Drive sales growth and meet business targets. Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Develop and implement local marketing and business development strategies. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expense control. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts effectively. Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Maintain relationships with key clients and community partners. Ensure proper cash management, security, and risk control measures. Support employee training, development, and performance evaluations.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
