Graduate or post-graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

3 to 5 years in financial services, with significant experience in gold loan operations.

Key Responsibility :
Business Development & Sales
Achieve branch targets for gold loan disbursement, revenue generation, and product cross-selling.
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer footfall.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and RBI/NBFC guidelines related to gold appraisal, custody, and disbursement.
Oversee the accurate and secure valuation of gold ornaments by the Appraiser.
Manage daily branch operations, including cash management, vault operations, and audit readiness.
Team Management & Leadership
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing branch team (e.g., Loan Officers, Appraisers, Tellers).
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Foster a customer-centric and ethical work environment.
