Key Responsibilities:
Achieve branch targets for gold loan, investment, and cross-selling products.
Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
Guide, train, and motivate the team to improve productivity and sales performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Handle cash management, audit compliance, and KYC documentation.
Monitor collections and ensure timely recovery.
Prepare periodic reports and submit to the head office.
Ensure smooth coordination between branch staff and management.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Ability to manage branch operations independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
