Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj finance limited

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:oResponsible for overall branch operations,performance & profitability of the branch.oDrive & participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility oPlan,conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion & branch growthoFocus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions & retainment of old customersoConducting error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory complianceoJoint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of of pledged securities as per company policiesoResponsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collectionsoGood planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.oHiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performanceoMaintaining quality & performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branchoIncrease Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products i.e., NCD's, Gold Coins sale etc.oResponsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.oResponsible for correct valuation & maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.oManage error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branch with correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education & Skill Qualifications: o 4-7 years of relevant experience required.oBachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.oPrevious experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.oConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
