Branch Manager
who can lead operations, manage a team, and ensure smooth business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations.
Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to achieve individual and branch targets.
Develop business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and expenses for the branch.
Generate performance reports and present them to senior management.
Address operational challenges and resolve client escalations effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-4 years of proven experience in branch management, operations, or leadership.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to work under deadlines with a high level of accountability.
