Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth execution of logistics services (transportation, warehousing, delivery, etc.).

? Drive business development and sales initiatives to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets

. ? Lead and manage a team of sales executives, operations staff, and support personnel.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to expand business opportunities.

? Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service quality, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency.

? Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, preparing reports for regional or senior management.

? Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. ? Coordinate with internal teams (such as dispatch, customer service, and finance) to ensure timely service delivery

. ? Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

? Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
