: Branch Manager from Surgical Instrument

Location

: Abids, Hyderabad, Telangana

Qualification

: Bachelor's Degree

Salary

: 9 LPA - 12 LPA

Experience

: 15 years in sales and operations (surgical/medical device or pharma)

Technical Skills

: ERP/CRM tools, stock/inventory software, sales analytics, MS Excel & MIS reporting.

P&L Ownership

: Drive revenue, optimize costs, and ensure profitability.

Sales Leadership

: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets; manage sales performance.

Inventory & Logistics

: Ensure timely dispatches, stock accuracy & availability.

Team Management

: Train, and lead a high-performing branch team.

Client Relationship

: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, medical professionals, and channel partners.

Operations Oversight

: Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and service teams.

Compliance

: Maintain compliance with internal procedures, industry regulations, and audit standards.

Reporting

: Submit MIS reports, forecasts & market insights to Head Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
