We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Branch Manager

to lead our corporate office in Tumkur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, guiding the team, driving client engagement, and expanding the client base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business targets. Conduct

Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs)

and ensure smooth execution. Organize and lead

client review meetings

to strengthen relationships and enhance client satisfaction. Develop strategies to

increase the client base

and drive business growth. Oversee

Mutual Fund investments

and ensure effective

portfolio management

for clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Drive performance, motivation, and professional growth of the team.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 4 to 5+ years of experience in

financial services/wealth management/banking

. Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills. Proven ability to achieve sales and business growth targets.

Sound knowledge of Mutual Fund investments and portfolio management.

Understanding of investment products, financial planning, and compliance.
