Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations



Manage day-to-day branch activities smoothly and efficiently. Ensure proper documentation, loan processing, and verification as per company policies. Maintain accuracy in cash handling, accounts, and financial reporting. Ensure timely submission of MIS reports. Drive sales of financial products such as loans, insurance, deposits, and investment services. Develop and execute strategies to increase customer base and business volume. Identify new market opportunities and build partnerships with local businesses.

Key Skills Required



Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of finance products and lending practices Customer service orientation Analytical and decision-making ability Sales and target-driven mindset Good knowledge of MS Office, MIS & reporting tools

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field MBA or PG Diploma in Finance is an added advantage 3-7 years' experience in finance/banking/NBFC sector, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role

Pay: ?40,043.91 - ?45,896.55 per month
