Ensure no Operational Risk loss, no Regulatory Breach, no Reputation Risk Incident, No delays in reporting. Ensure no gaps in process and repeat of audit comments.
Branch upkeep and maintenance to enhance the customer experience. 1. Training the aviation aspirants on an integrated module ( aviation / grooming / English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Soft skills ). 2. counselling of aspirants. 3. Support the college in conducting assessments of the aspirants. 4. Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center. 5. Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module 6. Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement. 7.Supporting center in other works as and when required Desired Candidate Profile Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
