Provide strong leadership and direction to the branch team. -Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including brokers, relationship managers, and administrative personnel. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals. Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase market share. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards within the broking industry. Implement and enforce internal policies and procedures to mitigate risks. Keep abreast of changes in regulations and ensure the branch's activities are in compliance with industry standards.

Technical Competencies /Skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Relevant experience in the broking industry, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements. NISM Exam clearance & renewal as per requirement

Experience:

5 to 7 years of experience in broking field is preferred.
