Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive admissions, and ensure smooth functioning of the center. The role requires achieving individual sales targets as well as overall branch targets while maintaining high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning. Counsel prospective students and achieve individual admission targets. Drive and monitor branch sales performance to achieve overall branch targets. Supervise and support team members, ensuring productivity and discipline. Maintain inquiry, admission, and fee-related reports accurately. Handle walk-ins, student counseling, follow-ups, and conversion activities. Ensure timely collection of course fees and proper documentation. Coordinate with management for branch development, promotions, and marketing activities. Maintain a positive environment that reflects DIDM values and service standards.

Skills & Requirements:



Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated. Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach. Prior experience in Sales / Training Institute / Counseling roles preferred.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
