Branch Sales Manager Cum Institutional Sales Manager

xperience in handling clients, with excellent customer-handling and negotiation skills. The candidate must be ready to adapt to the financial planning industry, learn our workflow model, and drive results through professionalism and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of branch and institutional sales,including prospecting, onboarding, and client servicing.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and customers.
Follow up with clients regularly, understand requirements, and ensure seamless order management.
Prepare and deliver presentation and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's products.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle- lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closing deals, and account management.
Managing and handling sales team.
Handle and manage appointments.
Generating sales through sales team.
Key Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing and Sales.
Prior experience in Institutional Sales / Corporate Sales preferred.
Knowledge of financial planning added advantage.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Professional appearance and business etiquette are mandatory.
Willingness to travel frequently across cities for client visits and business development.
