We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Institute. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of the UPSC exam and other competitive examinations, and exceptional management skills. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, student experience, and academic performance of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of the coaching centre, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
Manage faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to maintain high educational standards.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
2.
Student Engagement:
Foster a positive learning atmosphere, addressing student needs and concerns effectively.
Organize workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions to enhance student learning.
Monitor student progress and provide necessary academic support.
3.
Marketing and Admissions:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
Conduct outreach programs and informational sessions to promote the institute's offerings.
4.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the centre's budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Oversee fee collection, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
5.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyze student performance data to assess teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve teaching methodologies and course offerings.
Prepare regular reports on centre performance for senior management.

Community Building:
Cultivate a collaborative environment among staff and students.
Establish relationships with alumni and industry professionals to enhance the institute's network.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications & required skills:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5- 10 years of experience in academic management, preferably in coaching or educational institutions.
Strong understanding of the UPSC examination process and preparation strategies.
Excellent communication in English and Hindi both with interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with educational management software.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the education sector, particularly in UPSC coaching.
Knowledge of English and local language
