Branch Manager
to lead the
Direct Sales Channel
for our health insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for branch performance, team management, customer acquisition, and revenue generation through direct sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Drive branch-level sales targets by acquiring new retail customers through direct selling of health insurance products.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Direct Sales Executives/Advisors. Set performance goals and review productivity regularly.
Business Development:
Identify local market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships to drive new business.
Customer Engagement:
Ensure superior customer service and long-term retention by delivering a seamless onboarding and servicing experience.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines, maintain all documentation, and drive ethical sales practices.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor daily sales performance, track funnel metrics, and provide regular business updates to the zonal/area heads.
