Job Role- Clinic Sales Manager

Ayurveda healthcare provider in India. Our medicines are able to
regenerate Cartilage and Meniscus in the knee. We are able to correct
the metabolic issues in Diabetic patients. We also provide ayurvedic
solutions for PCOD and reversing RA and ANA.

Clinic, VLCC , Richfeel, Health Total ,Kaya Skin Clinic,Oliva Skin
Clinic etc.
Responsibility :
1.Welcome patients and focus on customer conversion and retention.
Here are some strategies and actions you can take to achieve these
goals: Understand Your Customers: Develop a deep understanding of
your target audience and their needs. Conduct market research,
collect customer feedback, and analyze data to gain insights into their
preferences, pain points, and buying behavior.
2.Create a Positive Customer Experience: Ensure that every
interaction with your business is positive and memorable. Train your
staff to provide excellent customer service, be responsive to inquiries
and concerns, and go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

3.Offer Personalized Solutions: Tailor your products or services to meet the specific needs of your customers. Offer customization options, personalized recommendations, or exclusive deals to make them feel valued and understood. 4.Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with your customers by maintaining regular communication. Use email marketing, social media, and other channels to share relevant information, updates, and special offers. Consider implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and stay organized. 5.Provide Ongoing Support: Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise. Implement a customer support system that allows customers to reach out easily, whether through phone, email, or live chat. 6.Reward Loyalty: Implement a loyalty program to reward customers for their repeat business. Offer incentives such as discounts, exclusive promotions, or freebies to encourage them to continue choosing your brand.
