Manage overall operations of the branch, including sales, recovery, customer service, and administration.
Achieve branch business targets for loans, deposits, and other financial products.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team to ensure productivity and performance.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, local stakeholders, and business partners.
Ensure effective collection and recovery of dues, minimizing NPAs.
Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
Conduct regular review meetings and report branch performance to higher management.
Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
Handle customer grievances promptly and effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in NBFC/Banking sector with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Proven track record in sales, collections, and branch operations management.
