What You'll Do:

Drive revenue growth

- achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Lead & inspire

- manage, train, and motivate a high-performing branch team.

Upsell & cross-sell

- promote Berkowits treatments, memberships & product offerings.

Delight clients

- ensure every guest enjoys a world-class experience.

Build strong client relationships

- handle VIP clients & ensure repeat business.

Oversee branch operations

- maintain service quality, hygiene & company standards.

Execute marketing campaigns

- collaborate for local promotions & events.

What We're Looking For:

Female candidates with 3+ years of proven sales experience

(beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality preferred).
Strong track record in

sales target achievement and business growth.

Excellent

leadership, communication & negotiation

skills.
Knowledge of CRM/POS tools and MS Office.

Customer-first attitude

with problem-solving abilities.
