Kanika's Nursing Academy is looking for a proactive and results-driven

Branch Manager

to oversee and manage all branch operations, lead the admissions team, coordinate academic activities, and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the center.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise overall branch operations including academics, admin, and telecalling teams. Set and achieve monthly student admission and revenue targets. Coordinate with faculty, telecallers, and counselors to maintain academic quality. Handle student grievances, queries, and ensure high student satisfaction and retention. Monitor daily performance of staff and maintain discipline. Maintain MIS reports, student records, and fee collection reports. Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotions to increase enrollments. Ensure compliance with institute policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Nursing) 3-5 years of experience in managing operations in an educational institute or similar field Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Sales/Admission target orientation Proficiency in MS Office and basic tech tools Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
