Job Title: Branch Manager - Branch Banking (CASA)
Location: Delhi
Compensation: 10-12 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years (with at least 3 years in the current organization)
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and driven Branch Managers to lead our branch banking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving CASA (Current Account Savings Account) growth, ensuring seamless branch operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role demands strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations with a focus on CASA acquisition and retention.
Build, train, and mentor high-performing teams to achieve business targets.
Ensure superior customer experience through prompt service and personalized solutions.
Drive branch profitability through cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
Monitor compliance, audit parameters, and regulatory guidelines to ensure zero deviation.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the branch catchment.
Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 7 years of overall experience in banking, with a focus on branch operations and CASA.
At least 3 years of tenure in the current role, reflecting stability and consistent performance.
Strong background in CASA sales, branch profitability, and customer service.
Proven team leadership and staff management capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
