Oversee end-to-end operations of the Kannur branch, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and customer SLAs.
Supervise loading/unloading, hub coordination, and linehaul scheduling.
Team Management:
Manage and motivate branch staff including drivers, delivery executives, and support team.
Assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure productivity.
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary contact for key customers.
Resolve service-related issues promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales & Business Development:
Coordinate with the sales team to support local business development.
Identify new opportunities to increase branch revenue.
Reporting & MIS:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on branch performance.
Share delivery performance, vehicle utilization, and customer complaints data.
Inventory & Asset Management:
Ensure accountability for PODs, scanners, boxes, and branch assets.
Maintain stock registers and enforce inward/outward documentation procedures.
Cost Control:
Monitor branch-level expenses and support cost optimization initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma holder; Logistics/Operations background preferred.
3-6 years of experience in branch-level logistics or supply chain management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, and logistics management tools.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
