About the Role

We are seeking a

Branch Manager

with proven experience in the

Building Materials

industry to lead sales growth and market expansion in

Barpeta and surrounding areas

.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong dealer/distributor network, established relationships with

Architects, Builders, and Contractors

, and a solid background in managing both

private and government projects

.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development through

Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Dealers

Expand and manage

a strong dealer/distributor network across the region and Northeast India Identify, track, and pursue

private and government project opportunities

Conduct

territory mapping

based on segment, application, and market potential

Achieve and exceed

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Maintain excellent

client relationships

and provide regular

market feedback

to management Ensure timely

payment collection

and maintain healthy stakeholder relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum

2 years of sales and Branch manager experience

(preferably in Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate) Strong professional network with

Architects, Builders, Contractors, Channel Partners, and Distributors

Proven track record in

business development, negotiation, and relationship management

Self-motivated

, target-driven, and able to work independently Excellent

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Willingness to

travel extensively

within the assigned territory

Education

Graduate:

Any discipline (Preferred - BBA, B.Com, B.Tech)

Postgraduate:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales (Preferred)
