1. Oversee Centre P&L, Staff Management, And Compliance.
2. Achieve Revenue Targets And Franchisee Reporting.
3. You Shall be responsible for ensuring sales process adherence by the sales team.
4. Hiring and Training of Branch Staff.
5. You Shall be responsible for the admission process & documentation, batch formation, and giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges, etc.
6. Facilitate data management, team management, and preparing MIS
7. Leading by example and ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling by sales team
8. Prepare and monitor annual budget (5L 25L based on centre size)
9. Conduct monthly NSDC compliance audits
10. Negotiate with local industry partners for placements
11. Implement HQ policies with 100% adherence
12. Improve centre profitability
13. Reduce student dropout rate
