Branch Manager (BM): ?40,000/month (including PF)

Location: Chennai

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Qualification: Minimum Graduate (MBA preferred - Marketing/Finance)

Experience: 5 to 7 Years in the Gold Industry and Non-Banking Financial Companies

Mandatory Skills:

Proven OLD GOLD Sales experience

Basic knowledge of Gold & Precious Metals Market in India

Understanding of the local gold market dynamics

Strong negotiation skills with customers

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Basic computer literacy and ability to use internal software

People management & leadership qualities

Administrative and analytical skills

Performance and target-driven mindset

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and train branch team members; foster a culture of knowledge sharing and performance

Drive branch sales targets while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency

Build and maintain customer relationships; identify market trends for cross-selling & up-selling

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer retention

Adhere to operational policies and compliance regulations; identify and prevent fraud risks

Ensure accuracy in gold appraisal with minimal melting loss

Execute local marketing initiatives to increase footfall and conversions

Maintain statutory records, accounts, and liaise with authorities for compliance
