A ONE STOP SHOP FOR ICECREAM / BAKERY / HOMEBAKER IS LOOKING FOR A STORE MANAGER WHO CAN REPRESNT THE COMPANY AND MANAGE ITS OPERATIONS
The Store Manager will be fully responsible for the overall management and operations of the store. This role requires a leader who is adept at handling multiple aspects of store management, including stock control, accounts, staff management, operations, e-commerce sales, B2B sales, retail sales, cash collection, cash deposit, expenses, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Management:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve store sales goals and profitability.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Stock Control:
Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory discrepancies.
Accounts and Cash Handling:
Oversee all financial transactions, including cash collection and deposit.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manage store expenses and budget effectively.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Create a positive and motivating work environment.
Schedule shifts and manage staff performance.
Sales Management:
Drive e-commerce, B2B, and retail sales initiatives.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management.
Monitor and analyze KPIs to track store performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and store management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Financial acumen and experience in cash handling.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
