Triumph Auto Service Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Sonipat-Kundli location.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all processes.
Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels of Honda.
Supervise order processing, billing, and dispatch .
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees to achieve performance goals.
Provide training and guidance to team members on software and product knowledge.
Customer Relations:
Ensure excellent customer service and address customer queries effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Sales and Revenue:
Monitor sales performance and work on strategies to meet revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for growth and implement business development plans.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automobile industry.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
