Key Responsibilities
? Provide overall guidance to the sales team for the effective implementation of sales strategy and performance.
? Create and drive a strategic business plan, ensuring growth in market share & business volumes through demand generation.
? Be the custodian of the overall P&L management of the sales division for the branch.
? Drive innovative customer satisfaction and retention programs to deliver a greater customer delight index.
? Analysis of sales revenue, volume, market share, etc. of the branch to formulate marketing & sales strategies and take appropriate midcourse correction.
? Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships operations and customer experience
