Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (vehicle, accessories, finance, insurance)
Drive walk-in conversion and customer acquisition
Develop local marketing and promotional activities
Monitor sales pipeline and closures
Service & Customer Experience
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Monitor service operations, turnaround time, and complaint resolution
Maintain CRM and customer follow-ups
Branch Operations
Oversee daily branch operations and administration
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
Manage branch expenses and profitability
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage sales, service, and support staff
Conduct performance reviews and training
Ensure discipline and productivity within the team
Inventory & Assets
Monitor vehicle, spare parts, and accessory inventory
Ensure proper stock movement and reconciliation
Safeguard company assets
Finance & Compliance
Coordinate with accounts team for billing, collections, and reporting
Ensure statutory and internal compliance
Review MIS and performance reports
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Strong experience in automobile dealership operations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of sales, service, finance, and inventory management
Proficiency in MIS and ERP systems
