of the Honda dealership/branch Achieve

sales targets

for new vehicles, used vehicles, accessories, and finance Manage and motivate

sales, service, spare parts, and administrative teams

Ensure

excellent customer satisfaction

and handle escalated customer complaints Monitor

branch profitability

, budgets, and expense control Implement

Honda company policies, standards, and guidelines

Coordinate with Honda regional/head office for

reports, audits, and performance reviews

Ensure proper

inventory management

of vehicles and spare parts Oversee

service operations

to meet quality and turnaround-time standards Drive

local marketing activities

, promotions, and customer engagement programs Ensure compliance with

legal, safety, and statutory requirements

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve branch performance Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
