We are looking for a Branch managers to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts/Locations of our company.

You should also be able to work as a team/individual contributor and achieve profitable goals. Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mind-set.

Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company's success in the long run.

Responsibilities

Support Branch Managers with day-to-day branch operation
Report on sales results
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer
satisfaction

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Manager/Inside sales/Inbound sales/Inhouse sale/ similar sales role

Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

Understanding of Branch operations

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

Any degree with Sales experience, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
