The Branch Manager - Vizag will be responsible for end-to-end management of branch operations, including sales coordination, recruitment support, promotions, performance monitoring, and market intelligence. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the Vizag branch while achieving business targets and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall branch operations including sales coordination, recruitment activities, inductions, and team development.
Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved by branch leaders and Associates across defined business parameters.
Plan, coordinate, and execute site visits, events, campaigns, and mega carnivals, especially on weekends.
Manage branch-level promotions, offers, schemes, and marketing activities in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
Monitor branch performance through MIS reports and dashboards, and conduct regular reviews with leaders.
Act as a coordination point between Sales, CRM, Legal, and Marketing teams for smooth branch operations.
Track market intelligence and competitor activities related to plotted developments in the Vizag region.
Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance standards, and operational guidelines at the branch level.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in real estate branch operations or sales coordination
Strong leadership, operational planning, and team coordination skills
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of the Vizag real estate market
Willingness to work on weekends, events, and campaigns
