Job Summary:

The Branch Manager cum Sales Head is responsible for overseeing all branch

operations, driving sales growth, developing business opportunities, and ensuring

profitability. This dual-role position combines strategic sales leadership with

operational management, ensuring efficient branch performance and customer

satisfaction within the construction , infrastructure sector and manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, Pharma and industry sectors. Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and government agencies. Lead the sales team in generating leads, conducting negotiations, and closing high-value deals. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
2. Branch Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day branch operations including logistics, inventory, administration, and customer service. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, logistics, and technical teams. Manage branch expenses and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Implement company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Monitor project deliveries, collections, and customer satisfaction levels.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch / project team to meet business goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement. Recruit and train sales and operational staff as needed.
4. Financial Reporting

Manage branch P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Review financial reports, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and credit control.
Qualifications Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing or Operations specialization). Minimum 5-12 years of experience in sales and branch operations within the construction , Infrastructure and Manufacturing industry . Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and branch management. Strong network within the construction/infrastructure ecosystem.
Key Skills:

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Customer-oriented with focus on long-term relationship building. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
