• Drive overall branch performance through recruitment, development, and retention of Agency Development Managers and Agents.
• Ensure adherence to key metrics like premium per agent, case rate, persistency, and active agent man-months.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews, mentor frontline teams, and foster a high-performance culture.
• Enhance customer retention via persistency and superior service delivery.
• Lead cross-sell initiatives, protection product penetration, and sales of value-added services.
• Build a motivated, compliant, and target-driven team aligned with business objectives.

Requirements -

• Graduate (MBA preferred) with 7-10 years of experience in sales, team management, and agency development.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, team coaching, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Strong understanding of the local market, sales operations, and insurance or financial services domain.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage productivity and business profitability at a branch level.
