To lead the assigned branch by

effective planning & management of resources

Key Responsibilities:



Business Growth & Sales Strategy:



Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve branch targets in: Agent productivity New premium acquisition Business persistency Drive

sales promotional activities

to maximize business numbers. Recommend

product and process improvements

to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:



Foster a

high-performance culture

by mentoring and motivating the agency force. Ensure

effective people management

to boost field force productivity.

Financial & Operational Excellence:



Maintain

financial discipline

to optimize revenue and control costs. Ensure

100% compliance

for seamless branch operations. Oversee

branch administration

to sustain smooth and cost-effective functioning.

Experience:

8+ years in

agency sales/branch management

within the

life insurance
