? Sourcing loans with a maximum ticket size of ?10 Lakhs.
? Ensuring the productivity of the branch.
? Overseeing the collections process within the branch.
? Managing the Sales Manager and Direct Sales Team (DST).
? Managing the branch's Profit and Loss, ensuring profitability.
? Handling DSA (Direct Selling Agents), Connectors, and Open Market Channels.
? Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments
(Operations and Credit) for completion.
? Ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
? Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
? Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the open market to expand the LAP customer base.
? Planning & execution of market promotional activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
? 5+ Years experience in handling secured micro loan against property product.
? Prior experience in Micro LAP business (2 Lakhs - 10 Lakhs) ticket sizes is mandatory.
? Have managed a team of 5-10 people.
? Well-connected and great understanding of local market.
? Have handled branch setup and branch operations.
