HANDLING THE SALES TEAM-MOBILE ACCESSORIES & IT PRODUCTS -

GOOD EXPERIENCE IN MOBILE ACCESSORIES SALES OR IT PRODUCTS SALES.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets Identify business opportunities and potential clients in the market Manage, coach and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance Monitor sales activities and create reports for upper management Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained to foster customer loyalty Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials Manage the branch budget and allocate funds appropriately Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and plan future campaigns Stay updated with the latest banking services and products Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
