experienced Branch In-Charge

for our

Calicut (Kozhikode) branch

. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in the

Study Abroad / Education Consultancy field

who can lead branch operations, manage counseling teams, and drive admissions and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day branch operations and administration Lead, train, and motivate the counseling and support team Ensure achievement of monthly admission and revenue targets Handle student and parent interactions professionally Coordinate with international universities and internal teams Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and quality audits Support and execute local marketing and promotional activities

Eligibility & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher (education-related field preferred)

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Study Abroad / Education Consultancy field is mandatory

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Excellent student handling and problem-solving abilities Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
