We are looking for a highly responsible and performance-driven

Branch Incharge

to lead our Cheranmahadevi outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, customer handling, team management, and daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete day-to-day operations of the branch Manage sales, service, and spares departments effectively Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure profitability Build and maintain strong customer relationships Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline Handle customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, planning, and support Maintain branch hygiene, inventory control, and process compliance

Candidate Requirements

Male candidate with

minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience

Must be

local to Cheranmahadevi

or nearby areas Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a team and ensure consistent performance Good understanding of TVS processes Customer-centric, disciplined, and target-oriented
