Job Description

Handle walk-in and online leads for hair transplant / cosmetic procedures Explain treatments, packages, pre- & post-care details to patients Build trust and guide patients clearly towards decision-making Follow up via calls/WhatsApp until conversion Coordinate with surgeons for consultation scheduling Maintain lead records, conversion tracker, and daily reports Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets Ensure excellent patient experience from inquiry to surgery day Oversee clinic operations, staff coordination, and patient flow Monitor daily appointments, consultations, and procedure schedules Maintain high standards of customer service and clinic hygiene Track monthly sales, conversions, and revenue reports Handle patient issues professionally and ensure timely resolutions Train and guide front desk, counselors, and support staff Ensure proper documentation, billing accuracy, and compliance Communicate with management on performance, needs, and updates
