Anfield Study Abroad is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Incharge / Team Lead to oversee the operations, team performance, and business growth of our Chennai Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch activities, leading the counselling and operations team, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining high standards of student service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations & Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Chennai branch and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and office discipline.
Manage branch resources, infrastructure, and administrative requirements effectively.
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, mentor, and supervise counsellors, documentation executives, and support staff.
Set individual and team targets in line with organizational goals.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Admissions & Business Development
Drive student enrolments for overseas education programs.
Ensure effective student counselling for study abroad options, universities, and countries.
Achieve monthly and annual targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
Support marketing and promotional activities to generate quality leads.
Student & Client Management
Ensure high-quality counselling and end-to-end student support from enquiry to visa process.
Handle escalated student or parent concerns professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, university partners, and vendors.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Head Office.
Coordinate with documentation, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
Track branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions when required.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in documentation, applications, and visa processes.
Maintain confidentiality of student and organizational data.
Ensure compliance with institutional, embassy, and internal quality standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in overseas education consultancy, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of study abroad processes, admissions, and visa procedures.
Proven leadership, team management, and target-achievement skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
