Job Description

Wanted Branch In-charge with minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, preferably managing multiple clinics.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration.

Knowledge of healthcare operations, branding strategies, and revenue management. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.

1. Clinical Administration & Operations

Oversee daily operations of all three clinics to ensure smooth functioning. Supervise front office, nursing, and support staff to maintain discipline and service quality. Ensure adherence to hospital/clinic policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations. Monitor appointment schedules, patient flow, and service turnaround time. Coordinate with medical professionals and ensure availability of required resources and equipment. Maintain records, registers, and documentation to support audits and inspections.

2. Branch Management

Act as the primary point of contact for all three clinics. Plan and implement workflow improvements for operational efficiency. Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory of medical and non-medical supplies. Review manpower requirements and coordinate with HR for staffing and training needs. Conduct regular review meetings with branch teams to assess performance.

3. Branding & Marketing

Implement branding and promotional activities to enhance visibility and reputation. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, social media promotions, and community health programs. Organize health camps, awareness sessions, and patient engagement events. Monitor patient feedback, online reviews, and take corrective actions to improve.

5. Compliance & Reporting

Maintain proper documentation, licenses, and renewals for each branch. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational and financial reports to management.
