Arrange Manpower Uniform, Check Grooming and Discipline matrix
Take Responsibility Morning and Evening Gate opening and Closing process
Manpower Grievance and Sort out as per Policy
Do Parts Audit Randomly and Bin card, Requisition Slip and Parts Process like Inventory, Purchasing and Outside Purchase
Check Water washer, Compressor, Bike lift and All equipment are working condition if need take necessary action
Check Long pending vehicles and status updating to customer and give instruction to Service In charge
Check Past week or past month Job card quality and Business Parameters
Check Quality Man Power and Problematic Man Power, if found Give proper training (if Quality Man power to be honored)
