Lead and manage branch sales operations
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Handle channel partners, dealers & direct sales team
Develop local market and generate new business
Monitor team performance and provide training
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely closures
Requirements:
Experience in sales (Solar / Electrical / FMCG preferred)
Strong leadership & communication skills
Ability to manage targets and teams
Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
