Job Summary



The Branch Sales Incharge will be responsible for driving branch sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, and supporting day-to-day branch operations. The role requires strong communication skills, client handling ability, and a proactive approach towards meeting sales targets and improving branch productivity.

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Thrissur branch. Ensure effective enquiry follow-up and conversion of leads into sales. Promote Hairsculture services, packages, and offers to customers. Maintain strong knowledge of hair fixing, hair systems, and related services.

2. Customer Relationship Management



Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Build long-term relationships with clients and handle customer queries effectively. Manage customer escalations and ensure quick resolution. Ensure proper after-sales support and timely follow-up.

3. Branch Operations



Support the branch team in daily operations and workflow management. Coordinate with technicians and staff to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and overall branch ambience. Oversee inventory requirements and coordinate with HO for replenishment.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry logs, and conversion tracking. Share weekly and monthly MIS reports with the management. Track competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements.

5. Team Coordination



Guide and motivate technicians and telecallers for better productivity. Support training and development activities within the branch. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.

Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation ability. Good understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM preferred). Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Salary



As per industry standards + incentives based on performance.
