Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations:
Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring smooth functioning and alignment with organizational goals.
Sales & Admissions:
Understand customer requirements and effectively convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly targets set by the Head Office.
Monitor and improve walk-in rates and lead generation strategies.
Marketing Initiatives:
Plan and execute college visits, seminars, and workshops to promote the brand and generate leads.
Develop and analyze sales strategies to boost visibility and conversions.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Provide accurate information and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Education).
Proven experience in academic sales, admissions, or branch management.
